Lack of energy, constantly feeling tired, and the desire to lose weight were the motivating factors that led Melissa to the “I Can Do It” program.
Melissa is a top-notch hairstylist with a huge clientele that requires her to work extremely long hours. She is also the single mother of a 6-year-old son. Obviously, Melissa has a very demanding life that doesn’t allow her to spend much time exercising or preparing meals.
